Technical Parameters:
This product comes in two widths, 1260mm and 1400mm. The thickness varies from 0.1mm to 0.5mm. It is available in length of 100m to 400m per roll. It has a variety of designs for clients to choose from such as wood grain, solid color, marble, and brick designs. The surface treatments are matt, super matt, embossed, high gloss, and soft touch. It also offers various services from OEM, ODM, to custom.
Applications:
Different Process for different application:
1.Membrane Press (vacuum press): This process is best used in covering on MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard etc. for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe and furniture. It has a thickness of 0.20-0.50mm, width of 1260mm and 1400mm and length of 100-300m/roll. For membrane press a cover of 5 surfaces can be achieved at the same time.
2.Wrapping Profiles: A thickness of 0.12-0.18mm, width of 40-1260mm and length of 300-800m/roll is used in this process. It is necessary for covering on all kinds of profiles which may include wood profile, aluminium profile, PVC profile among others, for door frame, window sill, base channel and PVC ceiling.
3.Cold Laminating: With a thickness of 0.12-0.20mm, width of 1240-1260mm and length of 300-500m/roll, this is suitable for covering on all kinds of flat panels such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, and PVC panel etc. for doors and furniture.
4.Hot Laminating: This process has a thickness of 0.16-0.30mm, width of 1260mm and length of 200-300m/roll, and it is preferably used for covering the PVC panel, steel panel, and aluminum panel for doors, skirting etc.
5.Self-adhesive: The thicknesses of 0.10-0.20mm, width of 600mm/1220mm and length of 5-50m/roll make this process ideal for placing on any smooth surface, usually for furniture and interior decorations.
